We had a mixed experience at Best Western. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the room itself was nice. The indoor pools were too chlorinated, drying out our skin quickly, but having both indoor and outdoor pools was a nice touch. The breakfast, while good, was the same every day - it would have been nice to see some variety. the location was great and the hot breakfast served daily was much appreciated. The cleaning service did a great job, and the indoor and outdoor pools were kept clean. The staff at the front desk were helpful with any questions we had. there were some issues with the TV and microwave only working intermittently. The air/heating unit was a bit noisy, but nothing too out of the ordinary. The continental breakfast had plenty of options, but the quality was lacking - nothing tasted very good. I also had a frustrating experience with someone checking us out without our knowledge, and a manager treating us poorly during a misunderstanding. It left a sour taste in our mouths after being loyal guests for years. there were some highlights and low points to our stay.

Had a blast at the pools! Loved switching between the indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms were huge, super clean, and the shower was amazing. Plus, the location was spot-on, close to all the action in town.

the hotel is directly across from The Stampede - in a great location between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. the room was clean and comfortable. the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the breakfast was better than expected.

The staff at this inn were amazing! They were helpful and cheerful throughout our entire stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff was very kind. We received great tips from Nancy at the front desk, who had lived in Tampa and helped us with our travel plans. We were also pleased with the flexibility of the staff and management when we decided to change our reservation due to traffic. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this inn!

It would have been nicer to have housekeeping services during our four-night stay, especially since we ate in the room and had accumulated trash. Additionally, some of our food in the fridge section froze.
